I design human solutions through empathy and scenario-based learning.

I am an instructional and learning experience designer with a background in science and education. As an educator with more that 4 years of classroom experience I understand the importance of engaging and quality of the learning experiences. Through this experience and Master’s degree I have gained the skills to lead with empathy and communicate effectively.

My background in science has provided me skills that mesh extremely well with education, design, and leadership. Science is all about solving problems and finding solutions. This is useful when designing instruction, and can be helpful in finding effective solutions. My biggest takeaways of my experience in the field of science are my analytical skills and attention to detail. I have a lot of practice in data analysis, observation, and interpretation. This is essential when designing assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Over the course of my professional journey, I have cultivated a passion for teaching, technology, and design, which I am able to apply to the development of eLearning experiences.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing video games on my Nintendo Switch, and experiencing new foods. Additionally, I enjoy acquiring new knowledge and conducting in-depth research on a variety of subjects that pique my interest.
